Chris Jones
I am 41 years old, married to Catherine and have 3 young children Harry, Holly and Emily. I am a Director and founder of Professional Recruitment UK in Cardiff. I am a former Officer in the Royal Regiment of Wales and keen ex-rugby player, so I used to be very fit. I am hoping this challenge will enable me to recapture some of my youthful fitness, though it is more likely to make me feel my age.
I think it is a very worthwhile cause and I am looking forward to dragging my body across the length of Wales to help support this charity.
